What Are Award Tags?
Award Tags are short descriptors selected by the entrant during submission. They express the aspect of the project the creator wishes to emphasise, whether it relates to a creative idea, a craft approach, or a storytelling direction.
How Do They Work?
When entering a project, submitters choose the Award Tags that best match the intention or focus of their work.
Judging itself remains holistic.
The jury evaluates each entry in full and independently of the selected Tags. Only projects that meet the festival’s award standard are recognised.
If a project receives an award, one of the submitter’s chosen Tags will accompany that recognition. This Tag appears on certificates, winners’ listings, and publications, helping to clarify the area of focus under which the award is presented.
