Step by Step Guide
Participating in the WorldMediaFestival – Television & Corporate Media Awards is easy.
The competition is open to production companies, broadcasters, agencies, organisations, and corporate communicators from around the world.
You are welcome to submit your work across our 15 main categories, which include television, corporate media, print, campaign, and online communication.

The competition is open to production companies, broadcasters, agencies and corporate communicators from all over the world.
You can submit your work in one or more of our 17 main categories covering television, corporate, print, cross-media and online communication.
Early Bird Deadline: 15th December 2025
Deadline: 31st January 2026
Late Deadline: 15th February 2026
Winners Notification: April 2026

Create an account on our official submission platform. my.worldmediafestival.org From there, you’ll find all details about the process, upload your entries, and manage your invoices. All updates and notifications are sent only to the registered contact person, so please share the login if others in your organisation need access.
Browse the categories and choose the main category that best fits your work. Select the relevant subcategory, and then choose the Award Tags that best describe your project’s focus. If your work fits several areas, you may enter it in more than one category.
Before uploading, make sure your work is final. You’ll need: • a short description and the purpose of the production • information about the target group • credits (company, client, producer, etc.) • the final video file (links not accepted — exception for some online content) • subtitles if the production is not in English
Fill in the online form, upload your materials and complete payment securely via credit card, or by bank transfer upon request. Your invoice will appear in your account as soon as the entry is confirmed.
Once your entry is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. All valid entries are reviewed by our international jury. All entrants are informed of their results. Winners are notified in advance that they have received a distinction — the exact level (minimum Silver) is announced at the Awards Gala on the 7th of May 2026 in Berlin, Germany.
